FOR INDIVIDUALS
1:1 Executive Coaching
For leaders and executives who are ready to stop playing small.
You may come with a specific challenge, a leadership question, a transition or simply a sense that something no longer fits. Perhaps you're questioning a role that no longer fulfils you, navigating a significant decision, leading through transformation, or wondering what you want your next chapter to be about.
At senior levels, honest reflection and unfiltered feedback can become increasingly rare. Leadership can be lonely in ways that are hard to admit. Coaching creates a confidential space to think freely, challenge your assumptions and hear yourself clearly.
This isn’t about quick fixes. You don't just solve one problem after the next – you grow beyond them. Nor is this a programme with a fixed curriculum. It is a partnership, individually tailored around you, your context, and what you are ready to explore.
This work is rigorous and deeply personal, designed to evoke lasting transformation. It requires honesty, curiosity, commitment, courage, and a willingness to change.
My approach is grounded in the Co-Active® methodology, the gold standard in professional coaching and one of the most rigorous ICF-accredited coaching programmes in the world. It is a globally recognised, scientifically grounded and experiential approach to facilitating transformative change.

“For the first time, it was all about me and not about theory.
The biggest shift has been in how I make decisions and show up with far more confidence. Today, I know who I am, who I want to be and what I value, and I act accordingly. I stand by my decisions, say no when I mean it, and feel more at peace with myself.”

FOR ORGANISATIONS
Leadership Coaching & Development
The most significant leadership challenges organisations face today are not strategic. They are human.
They show up as performance problems — but they cannot be solved at the performance level.
I partner with organisations that understand that sustainable leadership begins from within and are ready to invest in the people who lead.
Executive Coaching
1:1 or group coaching for leaders and executives, sponsored by the organisation. Individually tailored to the leader, their role, their context and the needs of your organisation.
Leadership Development
Facilitation and workshops, integrated into existing leadership programmes or delivered as standalone engagements. Designed around the context and objectives of your organisation.
What changes in the leader, changes in the organisation — creating the conditions for stronger engagement and sustainable performance.
Greater clarity in decision-making
More authentic and conscious leadership
Stronger trust and connection within teams
More openness and adaptability through change and transformation
Better alignment between values and lived culture
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what your organisation and your leaders actually need.
Because the leaders I work with don't fit in a box — and neither does the work.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” The process of coaching often unlocks hidden sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. It is a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space to help you grow.
Coaching is not consulting. A consultant brings expertise in their field and gives specific advice to fix a client’s problem. Coaching, by contrast, is a partnership in which the client explores their own thinking, perspectives and possibilities and develops their own way forward rather than receiving prescribed solutions — supporting sustainable growth as a whole person.
Coaching is not mentoring. A mentor shares their learned knowledge, wisdom and advice based on their own personal and professional experience. A coach helps you define your own path, build on your strengths, set clear goals, and take ownership of your personal and professional development, while acting as an accountability partner to turn insights into action.
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy focuses on psychological conditions and psychopathology, the past to understand the present and deeper emotional issues, with the purpose of healing or recovering from trauma. Coaching focuses on visioning, success, the present and moving into the future, with the purpose of development, learning and performance.
As a coach, I do not diagnose or provide treatment. When something falls outside the scope of coaching, I will encourage appropriate professional support.

Coaching can be of real value when you recognise the need for change and are ready to:
approach the process with honesty, curiosity and courage, and commit to your coaching journey
explore new perspectives, take action and be willing to change
embrace honest, constructive feedback and take ownership of your growth and development
You don’t need to have been coached before, but you do need to be curious about learning and, more importantly, unlearning. Coaching is not only for people facing a problem; it is equally valuable for those pursuing new goals or exploring new possibilities for their leadership and their life.
However, coaching may not be right for you yet if you are looking for someone to provide the answers, are not ready to do the deeper work or are not willing to invest time and resources.
If a challenge goes beyond the scope of coaching or my expertise, significantly affects your daily functioning, or prevents progress, coaching alone may not be the right support. I will be honest with you about this and encourage additional professional support where needed.

Co-Active® coaching has existed for more than 30 years, and neuroscience research now increasingly provides evidence for several of its principles and tools, in line with what we know about how the brain develops and changes.
Research on neuroplasticity shows that the brain can develop and strengthen new neural pathways through focused attention, practice and reflection. Studies also show that reflecting on personal values can protect against the effects of stress, and that talking about a desired personal vision can activate brain areas linked to emotional openness and cognitive functioning.
Co-Active coaching works with these principles through values and purpose, visioning, and powerful questions that invite reflection and help new learning and sustainable growth happen. By looking beyond the presenting problem, it brings thoughts, feelings and intuition into the conversation, making room for more creativity and new solutions.
As neuroscience research continues to grow, its findings indicate that the tools used in Co-Active coaching and leadership development can help clients build new neural pathways, respond to stress with more calm, make choices more easily and become more creative. This can contribute to a more successful and fulfilling life and support lasting change.
