Hey, I'm Ezgi.

I've spent my whole life between worlds — cultures, languages, systems, ways of thinking and being. For years, not fully belonging anywhere felt like the price I paid for being who I am.

Until I realised:

I was never meant to fit in a box.
I was meant to connect them.

Today I bring this ability to connect worlds into my work with leaders and executives who have never quite fit in a box either — combining nearly 25 years of corporate experience with a lifelong exploration of identity, belonging and human potential.
